Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):
- Coordinates through our Deployment Team in order to identify and respond to technical training needs, obtain information required to develop materials, and sustain positive working relationships.
- Identifies and evaluates technical training materials (e.g. training data, instruction outlines, user manuals, on-line learning activities, training evaluations, etc.) for the purpose of delivery of a blended learning approach to training enrollment agents in accordance with strict agency guidelines.
- Recommends edits and/or updates to written documentation to ensure information is relevant and valid. Supports documentation so that training materials are easy to identify, access, and update for each state or federal program.
- Work with mentor to support and assess training certification programs for Enrollment Agents for state and federal programs. Coach field trainers to have a thorough understanding of adult learning theories and mastery of all hardware and software systems.
- Researches and stays current on a variety of training options and introduces new ideas for expanding training programs to enrollment agents and improve daily operations.
- Monitors training expenses and travel to ensure cost savings are recognized wherever possible throughout all levels of field training.
- Train in field locations as needed to ensure thorough understanding of enrollment agent responsibilities and applicant experiences.
- Coordinate with training team members to expand skills and increase training industry knowledge.
- Perform Quality Assessment visits to field locations in order to promote brand marketing and sustainability.
- Backfill regionally when necessary to maintain program availability for field locations and/or mobile routes.
- Executes as a technical liaison between field offices, PMO, and Technical Support group.
- Supports Certified Trainer model by identifying, monitoring, and coaching new Trainers into the program.
Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Experience: on
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor degree in training, human resources, English or 2-3 years relative work experience
- 2-3 years’ facilitation experience and managing technical training deliveryProfessional training certificates from ASTD or reputable certifying agency, a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an EA, preferred
- MS Office proficiency
Travel Requirement, Working Conditions:
- Overnight travel as required; 100% Travel
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Must have credit card to book travel and incur expense until reimbursed (usually 10 business days)
- Regional travel assignments are dependent on needs within geographical area
- Travel is not limited to assigned region as travel may be required to any US based office or partner location
Working Conditions:
- General office environment. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
Physical Demands:
- Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
- The work requires light physical effort with some occasional lifting and/or moving of materials in the 10-30 pound range and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small objects. May require normal range of hearing and vision to operate machine.
