Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for a Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic Benefits team. You'll support the benefits team with the delivery and administration of a competitive benefits offering including Health and Welfare, Retirement, Disability, Leave and ancillary benefit programs for the organization. You will act as a subject matter expert on Retirement by providing data research, participant issue/escalation resolution, metric analysis and makes clear actionable recommendations to the department s day to day operational metrics, activities, and compliance data requests.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Ability to travel to the Newark, NJ location for collaboration meetings.

Responsibilities:
- First line of contact for research and resolution of complex escalated participant issues, collaborates with internal and external benefits stakeholders, the HR Operations team and HR partners for problem identification and resolution and tracts work items and tickets
- Provides guidance, consultative services, and operational support for benefits program including but not limited to benefit plan features, payroll deductions, member inquiries, and communications
- Monitors/audits vendor partner interfaces for data integrity including data research, analysis, and testing support
- Handles the production of ongoing reports, including data preparation for benchmarking studies and market surveys, extraction of various vendor reports and preparation of required reporting, and department reporting needs for plan administration
- Supports associate communications process by providing guidance with respect to benefit plan features, plans, and options available
- Completes and supports compliance activities such as SOX, standard audits, and federal and state regulations
- Provides or supports project management of department projects and activities and performs benefit vendor governance oversight
- Facilitates M&A benefit plan transition coordination activities
- Interact with internal/external vendors, peers, and managers in a collegial and professional manner, fostering teamwork and trust
- Expected travel time between 5-10% per year as needed for open enrollment, vendor meetings, and acquisition integration activities, etc.
- Maintains an ongoing effort to stay current with benefit trends and legislative update
- Bachelor s degree; advanced degree preferred Extensive experience in Excel Required
- At least 4 years or Experience with HR and Benefits systems and reporting
- Minimum of 3 years of Health & Welfare and Retirement experience with a multi-national firm
- Knowledge of ERISA and other legal requirements related to benefits administration
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other Benefits credentialing desirable
- Previous Retirement Experience Required
- Preferred experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis
- Advanced level computer proficiency including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Annual Compensation (salaried): $85,000 - 95,000 depending on experience.
- Annual Bonus: 7.5% recurring annual bonus
